TikTok is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build ads platform products that make online advertising more accessible and effective for businesses of all sizes. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe.

Responsibilities
- Drive product vision, strategy, development and execution for TikTok ads platform products.
- Build advertising solutions that make the creation experience more efficient for our small and medium businesses. Optimize based on customer feedback, market requirements and data analysis.
- Work with engineering, data science, product marketing, design, research and other product teams to ensure a seamless experience in our platform.

Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years of product management or related experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Experience in digital advertising, B2B, SMB space a plus

Job Information:【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $414000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
