@jmculling @biggsag People on the lower end of the income spectrum don’t need a lot of retirement savings. Social Security and Medicare is a basically effective replacement income safety net program for the working class and poor. I’ve been flipped on this by @biggsag

@Ask_Spectrum This seems to be a regular happening lately..Shouldn’t we all get discounted for the time down??I have no ROKU tv and am having to use my cellular data.Seems compensation might be in order.

Did you know @GetSpectrum can’t effectively ship a cell phone to your new address if you try to switch service carriers?? They will send it to your old address after you have paid for it and be unable to fix it.

@debidebb69 @Ask_Spectrum When they post a time frame of it being fixed....I've learned to just assume it's "whenever" because it's never fixed by the time they say

@Ask_Spectrum 7am.. still down in Overland Park.. guess I’ll find my rabbit ears antenna again..

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Hello again for the 3rd time.Now going on hour 8 of no service. TV is finally working again, but internet service is still down. Estimated resolution time of 9am CT which would make it 10 hours of no service.At this point account credit is required!

So @Ask_Spectrum didn’t even acknowledge there was an outage until 6:40 am then fixed it at 8:18 am. So internet down 8:30 hours.

@Khubbard991 @Ask_Spectrum Squirrels and rabbits are busy damaging optic fiber from spectrum twice in less than a month you have to be kidding this is the most reliable network in the USA seriously from now on im going to be obsess with the search of another service provider asap before next outage !

@Khubbard991 @Ask_Spectrum I read elsewhere that the damage to the fiber optic cable was due to vandalism, and they’re working to repair it.

@Ask_Spectrum it’s absolutely amazing that y’all have don’t miss sending out our statements but our service is always going down. Also I’m curious as to why my neighbors are getting “statement credit” offers but I’m apparently supposed to ask about it? I need answers ASAP!#tired
