  Did you know @GetSpectrum can’t effectively ship a cell phone to your new address if you try to switch service carriers?? They will send it to your old address after you have paid for it and be unable to fix it.

  @Khubbard991 @Ask_Spectrum Squirrels and rabbits are busy damaging optic fiber from spectrum twice in less than a month you have to be kidding this is the most reliable network in the USA seriously from now on im going to be obsess with the search of another service provider asap before next outage !

  @Ask_Spectrum it’s absolutely amazing that y’all have don’t miss sending out our statements but our service is always going down. Also I’m curious as to why my neighbors are getting “statement credit” offers but I’m apparently supposed to ask about it? I need answers ASAP!#tired
