Joe Gorga tossed a card from his sister Teresa Giudice into a fire pit during his housewarming party on Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.
The 44-year-old reality star burned the card without reading it after Teresa, 52, sent it along with a bottle of whisky as a gift for Joe and his wife Melissa, 45.
Dolores Catania, 53, explained that Teresa a short while ago asked her to bring it to Joe and John Fuda revealed it was the same bottle that Teresa asked him to deliver, which he left behind at a restaurant after refusing to accept her apology.
'It was a nice gesture. I know this is what his father used to drink,' Dolores said refercing Joe and Teresa's late father Giacinto.
'Do you think she respects her dad with what she has done?,' Joe asked.

'See, this is what I don't want to turn this party into,' said Melissa, who just moments earlier thanked Rachel Fuda, 33, for leaving the bottle of Blue Label behind and not bringing Teresa's gift into their house.
Melissa told Joe that she would add the whisky to 'go with the other 17,000 bottle we have of it in the house' and left the card behind for him to read when he's in the mood.
'Let me tell you something, you lose your parents, what do we have left?,' Joe said. 'I met her new man. I opened my heart to him. And you know what he did? He screwed me, instantly. And I still accepted it. When they screwed me, I forgave them,' Joe said.
'And within two months, he hires investigators to follow me to make me look like a bad guy to the press and to the world. And then you want to come and throw me a card after you tell me you never want to see me again? ,' he added.
In a confessional, Joe explained why the housewarming gift riled him up.
'That is definitely not an olive branch. You know what an olive branch is? You knock on my door when no one's there. You come see me. You come talk to me. That's an olive branch, not that nonsense when all these people are there. Come on,' he said.

The season 14 episode titled Gifts & Receipts opened with Teresa and her husband Luis 'Louie' Ruelas watching as John and Rachel Fuda stormed out of a restaurant after their meeting to settle differences went sideways.
Rachel told him to leave their gift for Joe on a bar counter.
'Yeah, he's not gonna want that,' John said presciently as he left the bottle and card there.
Teresa noticed they left the bottle behind and Louie grabbed it.
'He's a hothead like your brother. Hotheads don't end up anywhere, babe,' Louie said.
Danielle Cabral and her husband Nate were back to parenting with renewed focus after her Boujie Kidz show for New York Fashion Week.
Melissa and her assistant Lindsey worked on housewarming party plans and Melissa said she wanted to have a 'classy' event.

Dolores had her weekly lunch with her mother Valerie and daughter Gabby, 28, a veterinarian.
Gabby said they were keeping Frank Catania's dog Lolli comfortable after they discovered she had a fatal tumor.
They talked about Frank planning on proposing and asked Dolores about her situation with her boyfriend Paul Connell.
Dolores said his intentions were 'very good' and shared that he wanted them to go into business together.
'Paul not being divorced doesn't come into my concern with this business opportunity. This is something that I can take away with me. My concern is about my relationship in general. I'm scared of feeling stupid. It's very hot in here,' Dolores said in a confessional.
The housewarming party in addition to Joe throwing Teresa's card into the fire pit also featured showdowns involving Dolores, Danielle, Jennifer Aydin, Margaret Josephs and Jackie Goldschneider
'I have been nothing but good to you,' Margaret said.
'Margaret, you have insinuated that all of my success is due to you,' Jackie said.

'Why does she go so low?,' Jackie later asked Dolores about Margaret.
'But wait, Jackie, she told me that you were upset with me because I didn't tag you in the post?,' Dolores said.
Jackie admitted that she was upset with Dolores for failing to tag her in a post about her charity softball game.
'That's ridiculous. Next time, call me,' Dolores said.
Jackie denied talking bad about Dolores as Margaret from across the room shared her texts with Jackie.
'Sorry, I'm just checking on my dog,' Dolores said as she read the texts in which Jackie called her a 'slob'.
'I'm a slob? I'm a slob? That's disgusting,' Dolores said while showing Jackie the texts.

Jackie claimed that Margaret said 'horrendous' things about her and Paul, but doesn't put it in writing.
'Well then, she's smart. Then she's smart,' Dolores said.
'She is,' Jackie agreed.
'She's a lot smarter than you, I guess,' Dolores said.
In a confessional, Dolores reflected more on her reaction.
'Slob is like, where I come from, it's a nasty word. Getting called a slob from the girl who's a f***ing hot mess almost every day, crying all the time over everything, and I'm the slob? I'm the f***ing slob? Okay, Jackie,' Dolores said. 'And yeah, Margaret should keep her mouth shut about me and Paul.'
The housewarming party also included Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral having a candid conversation about the status of their relationship.
Teresa during the episode enjoyed a warm moment with Louie and his son Nick who got a haircut at home.
