1 Cup of Nutella
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Flour
What To Do
Preheat oven to 350
In a medium size bowl mix – sugar, egg, and flour very well — it will look like crumbly dough
Add Nutella and mix together until it is condensed dough – takes only 1 minute
Roll dough into balls and place them 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet
Bake for 5 – 7 minutes. Using the back of a fork press the middle of each cookie
It should feel hard but still soft – if it is like that take out of the oven and let sit ( 10 minutes) so they firm up ( optional)
Enjoy

Is there no need to put baking powder?

Is it self rising flour or all purpose flour. I have all the stuff to make it and it looks yummy!!!
Teresa
I just made these. They are delicious. I actually only had about 3/4 cup of Nutella, so I added some peanut butter. They taste like a no-bake cookie without the oatmeal.

Just made these and they are delicious! I used self-raising flour instead because I didn’t have any all-purpose and was curious to see what would happen, they turned out fine as far as I can tell – may have risen a little more than the ones in the picture but they still taste great. They’re sweet and a bit crunchy from the sugar, but I like that so no complaints, and you can actually taste the nutella which is an issue with a lot of recipes. The nutella was hard to mix into the dough so I ended up kneading it in with my hands, but other than that no real issues. Will definitely make them again~

You had me at Nutella. I swear that I’m addicted to the stuff. Pinned recipe. Now I have a dilemma do I go with the oatmeal cookies or this one? Decisions, decisions, decisions. I have the feeling I will be putting on some weight.

I’ll try any recipe with Nutella in it!

About how many cookies does this make?
Leah
I think it’s supposed to make 12 cookies, but it all depends on how you divvy up the dough, really.

I love Nutella and I wanted to bake something quick and with few ingredients. Maybe it’s the way I mixed it but I wasn’t able to roll the batter into balls. And I ran out of parchment paper. So I spread it out like I would with banana bread in a 4 by 9 but smaller instead to improvise. Then, I cut it into small squares. Yummy!
